Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for myofascitis; (2) Between the ages of 30 and 45; (3) Has not taken other drugs or taken other medical treatment recently; (4) The pain is localized in the neck and shoulder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Early stage of joint and soft tissue injury; (2) Complicated with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and hematopoietic systems; (3) Has a serious communication or mental retardation and mental illness; (4) Women in special periods include those during pregnancy, lactation or severe menopause.
