Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of ejection fraction preserved heart failure; 2. NYHA was grade I - III; 3. Aged 30 to 80 years old; 4. During the observation period, other drugs beyond the regulations are not applicable, and those who can persist in completing the treatment and the detection of the observation indexes can be adhered to; 5. Consent to participate in clinical trial observation, sign informed consent and date.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with atrial fibrillation; 2. Valvular heart disease, restrictive cardiomyopathy and pericardial disease; 3. Decompensated heart failure is unstable after treatment; 4. At the same time, severe lung, liver, endocrine system and renal dysfunction were accompanied; 5. Cancer and other common malignant diseases reduce life expectancy; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Allergic constitution or allergy to common drugs; 8. Patients with mental illness or poor treatment compliance.
