40 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: One hundred and Sixty ASA physical status I or II patients of both sexes, aged 40 to 65 years, Preoperative normal pulmonary function,and no received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunosuppressive agents, scheduled for elective thoracoscopic lobectomy under OLV. The same type of surgery is operated by the same group of doctors, and written informed consent was obtained from all enrolled patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation abnormalities and perioperative allogeneic blood; 2. autoimmune disease or immunocompromised patients; 3. cardiovascular adverse reactionsgastrointestinal bleeding in patients after using NSAIDs; 4. high blood pressure, severe heart failure; 5. enoxacin, lomefloxacin, norfloxacin being used; 6. others is unsuitable for selected.
