18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, regardless of gender; 2. Preoperative X-ray and CT confirmed acute proximal humeral fracture involving the greater tubercle; 3. Open reduction and locking plate internal fixation were performed in our hospital; 4. Complete medical and imaging data (preoperative, the first day after surgery and at least 12 months after surgery);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of other fractures of the ipilateral upper limb or a history of surgery or chronic arthritis that affects the function of the upper limb; 2, accompanied by neuromuscular vascular injury affecting the function of the affected limb; 3. Poor X-ray location makes it difficult to conduct imaging assessment.
