Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from brain injury aging between 18 to 65; 2. Patients with disorders of consciousness conforming the diagnostic criteria of coma, vegetative state and minimal conscious state; 3. Patients conditions allows fMRI as well as the fMRI indicates the relatively integral connectivity between PCC-TPJ; 4. With the literal permission of patientsfamily members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with apparent serious diseases including psychological diseases or cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic or renal malfunction. 2. Patient receiving some treatments which can disturb fMRI assessment. 3. Patients with unstable vital signs or dependent on ventilation machine to support ones lives. 4. Patients with such plentiful sputum that entailing aspiration of sputum effecting the fMRI assessment.
