Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. All patients were diagnosed as cirrhosis by clinical, laboratory and imaging examination; 3. Patients with cirrhosis and cardiomyopathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe anemia (Hgb < 60g / L); 2. Patients with fever or SIRS; 3. Patients with alcoholic liver disease; 4. Patients with primary and secondary cardiovascular diseases, such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, etc; 5. Patients with other acute and chronic diseases that may affect cardiac function, such as acute and chronic respiratory diseases, thyroid diseases, etc; 6. Patients with malignant tumor; 7. Patients who took drugs that affect cardiac function in the past week (beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, etc.).
