Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Ages 18-75, regardless of gender; (2) Constipation with defecation disorder: constipation due to rectal mucosal prolapse, rectal prolapse, varicose internal hemorrhoids; (3) Subjects voluntarily sign written informed consent; (4) Good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who received injection therapy such as shardening agent or xiaozhiling within 3 months before the test; (2) Patients with colorectal cancer or other cancers and expected survival rate < 24 months; (3) women during pregnancy; (4) Patients with acute infectious inflammation of the rectum or anal canal; (5) The researcher judges other persons who are not suitable for inclusion.
