Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moyamoya disease: DSA or MRI examination met the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of moyamoya disease, Neurol Med chir (Tokyo) 52, 245-266, In 2012), the symptoms were unilateral or bilateral internal carotid artery end, anterior cerebral artery and (or) middle cerebral artery origin stenosis or occlusion, accompanied by brain base perforating artery or capillary expansion on the surface of brain, that is, the formation of smoky blood vessels; 2. Patients older than 18 years and less than 60 years old; 3. Patients who know, agree and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vascular diseases caused by immune system diseases; 2. Patients with other neuropsychiatric diseases and severe systemic diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, stroke history); 3. Patients with other major diseases, such as hematological diseases, leukemia and tumor, are receiving treatment that will affect the test results (such as long-term chemotherapy and radiotherapy). 4. Termination of the study due to syncope, active withdrawal, sudden physical state or other force majeure reasons (such as earthquake, fire, etc.) during the research process.
