Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those with suspected clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease such as pain and discomfort in the precordial area; 2. Aged 18-65 years old; 3. Coronary angiography showed no obvious coronary artery stenosis (coronary angiography vascular stenosis <50%); 4. There is no obvious phased abnormal movement on left ventricular radiography; 5. Normal heart function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hypertension (>180/110mmHg); 2. Complex arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, frequent premature beats); 3. Severe lung disease, chest deformity or surgery; 4. The onset of acute myocardial infarction is less than 3 months; 5. Cardiogram shows bundle branch block; 6. Echocardiography confirmed left ventricular hypertrophy or dilated cardiomyopathy; 7. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction and electrolyte imbalance.
