Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of conservative treatment follow the recommendations of NCCN guidelines in 2018. 1. Patients with endometrial carcinoma of grade G1; 2. MRI (first choice) or transvaginal ultrasonography (TVUs) found that the disease was limited to the endometrium; 3. The patients with suspected metastatic lesions were not found by imaging examination; 4. Patients without contraindications of drug treatment or pregnancy; 5. Patients with age <= 45 years old; 6. After full explanation, the patients understood that fertility preservation was not the standard treatment for endometrial carcinoma and consulted reproductive experts before treatment; 7. All patients signed consent for conservative treatment and used their clinical data for research purposes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been treated with progesterone for at least one month before the first hysteroscopy; 2. Patients who have received chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 3. Patients with no strong desire to retain fertility function.
