Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: healthy control group, simple hypothyroidism group, simple coronary heart disease group, hypothyroidism combined with coronary heart disease group. Common inclusion criteria: 1. 18-70 years old; 2. No antithyroid drugs, amiodarone, etc. Healthy control group 1. The level of th was normal; 2. No chest pain, chest tightness, or coronary angiography and CTA excluded coronary heart disease. Simple hypothyroidism group: 1. TSH > 4.9 mIU / L, free thyroxine (FT4) < 8.0 pmol / L or FT4 between 8.0 and 23.0 pmol / L; 2. Secondary hypothyroidism was excluded; 3. No coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, etc. Coronary heart disease group: coronary heart disease group 1. Coronary heart disease was diagnosed by coronary angiography or CTA; 2. No acute heart failure occurred. Hypothyroidism combined with coronary heart disease group: both hypothyroidism and coronary heart disease were diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Common exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with valvular heart disease and cardiomyopathy; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Cancer patients.
