Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients scheduled for pneumonectomy; 3. Patients with ASA grade I ~ III; 4. Patients who agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have taken other trial drugs or participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before the study; 2. Patients with nervous and mental diseases, critical illness and other difficult to communicate and cooperate with; 3. Pregnant patients and severe liver, kidney or cardiovascular disease; 4. Patients who are considered unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
