Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The objects with accurate and complete clinical data; 2. Subjects aged 60-80 years old; 3. Patients to be operated under general anesthesia; 4. Patients with operation time less than 3 hours; 5. Subjects with certain reading comprehension ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refused to participate in the study; 2. Patients with severe mental disorders or unable to communicate normally; 3. Patients who are allergic to the drugs in this study; 4. Patients with sedative history.
