Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the strict diagnostic evaluation, the patients met the diagnostic criteria of spastic cerebral palsy. 2. Patients with lower limb muscle spasm. 3. Patients who can stand alone, stand alone or with the help of their parents. 4. The parents agreed that they could cooperate with the treatment for 6 months and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with epilepsy, hernia and acute infectious diseases; 2. Patients with heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with skin diseases, fever, trauma, inflammatory infection, hemorrhagic disease and malignant tumor; 4. Patients with artificial joints, such as hip and knee, and metal implants (such as screws and plates); 5. Patients with arthritis; 6. Patients with congenital malformations.
