18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or non pregnant women aged 18-45 years; 2. Women in lactation and menstruation; 3. The objects of impacted mandibular third molars.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute inflammation and any contraindications for surgery; 2. Patients with neurological disorders or taking drugs affecting nervous system function during the trial; 3. Patients with sensory dysfunction of the lower lip or tongue before operation; 4. Patients with poor compliance and unable to cooperate with the completion of the trial.
