Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary angle closure glaucoma complicated with age-related nuclear cataract; 2. The patients who underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis, whose eye condition can tolerate surgery; 3. There were no abnormal objects in the suspensory ligament of lens, no other ocular diseases, good general condition, best corrected visual acuity > 0.3, no irregular astigmatism, no history of eye surgery and ocular trauma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to cooperate to complete all examinations; 2. Patients with other ocular diseases or complications after operation; 3. Patients with posterior capsule rupture, suspensory ligament rupture and vitreous prolapse during operation.
