Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with meibomian gland dysfunction xerophthalmia (1) One of the subjective symptoms such as dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, vision fluctuation and other subjective symptoms, but <=5 s or Schirmer I test (without surface anesthesia) <=5 RAM / 5 rain; (2) One of the subjective symptoms, such as dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort and vision fluctuation, and 5S < but <=10 s or 5 mm / 5 When min < schirmeri test result (without surface anesthesia) <=10 RAM / 5 min, the cornea conjunctiva fluorescein staining was positive; (3) Any of the above-mentioned two factors: bilateral onset, absence of meibomian gland, abnormal meibomian margin and meibomian gland opening, or meibomian gland secretion quantity and quality change can be diagnosed; 2. The patients with MGD for many years have bilateral diseases, but the effect of traditional treatment is not good; 3. Patients over 16 years old can cooperate with treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 16 years old; 2. Patients with severe systemic disease or mental illness; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Patients with other IPL / hot compress contraindications.
