40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis; 2. Patients aged from 40 to 75 years old; 3. Patients who voluntarily join the trial and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee trauma and operation history; 2. Patients with tumor, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis and other diseases in the knee; 3. Those patients with psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma, etc; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes and mental disease; 5. Patients with drug allergy history; 6. Patients with anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, collateral ligament, meniscus tear and rupture.
