18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 75 years old, ASAI-III; 2) Thoracic surgery requiring one-lung ventilation during the operation; 3) Arne score =7 after cervical collar fixation; 4) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Airway which cannot be evaluated using Arne assesment before surgery; 2) Predicted difficult mask ventilation (according to Kheterpal score, 4 or more risk factors) or mouth opening less than 2 cm; 3) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or unstable vital signs before surgery; 4) Severe lung dysfunction; 5) Loose level in upper and lower front teeth >= 2.
