Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose vertical distance is reduced or completely lost, whose height of the lower 1/3 of the face is significantly shorter than the middle 1/3 of the face and those who have a strong need to rehabilitate the vertical distance and occlusion; 2. Patients whose jaw relationship belongs to Class I according to the cephalometric analysis and/or centric relation position record; 3. Patients who have good coordination ability, can cooperate with dentists smoothly to perform the movements including centric occlusion, protrusive occlusion and lateral occlusion, and can complete the collection of mandibular movement related parameters with the mandibular movement trajectory system; 4. Patients without temporomandibular joint disease, whose cortical bone of the temporomandibular joint is continuous and the anterior, upper and lower joint space are basically normal In the CBCT examination; 5. Patients who have good compliance, can cooperate with the dentists to complete the entire operation process and follow-up long-term efficacy review (12-24 months), and have good oral hygiene habits at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable mandibular position; 2. Patients with severe temporomandibular joint disorders.
