Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20 and 70 years old (inclusive); 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of hepatitis B cirrhosis; 3. Liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome group: meeting the criteria of disease diagnosis and liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome; 4. Liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome group: meeting the standards of disease and liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome; 5. Hidden syndrome group: meeting the criteria of disease and hidden syndrome; 6. Normal control group: Healthy volunteers matched with the gender and age of the case group were selected; 7. The person or his guardian agrees to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with conjunctivitis, conjunctival hemorrhage, ocular trauma, surgical eye and other ophthalmic diseases; 2. There are overlapping infections of hepatitis A, C, D and E, fatty liver, or other severe hepatitis; 3. Patients with heart, lung, brain, endocrine, hematopoiesis, nerve and other systemic diseases and allergic to drugs; 4. Patients with malignant tumor and connective tissue disease; Clearly have other important diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women and allergic people; 6. Those who have mental disorders can't cooperate; 7. Those who participate in other clinical trials or other situations that researchers think are not suitable for enrollment.
