65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hip fracture who need hip replacement; 2. Patients aged 65-85 years, regardless of gender; 3. Patients with grade I - III of American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA); 4. Patients who sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to ropivacaine; 2. Patients with inflamed and inflamed block site; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 4. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5. Patients with no self-care ability or language communication barrier.
