Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From December 2020 to December 2022, patients scheduled for coronary angiography in our hospital. Each patient signed informed consent before operation. 1. Patients aged between 40 and 80 years old; 2. Preoperative ultrasound results showed that the diameter of distal radial artery was greater than 1.8mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent before operation; 2. The patients whose puncture site did not touch the arterial pulsation or the arterial pulsation was weak; 3. Patients with forearm radial artery malformation or severe calcification or arterial occlusion indicated by ultrasound; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney failure, coagulation dysfunction and other contraindications of coronary intervention; 5. Patients with history of CABG and the radial artery at the puncture site as a "bridging vessel" were absent; 6. Patients who failed to puncture the distal radial artery during the operation and changed to routine radial artery or femoral artery puncture; 7. Patients with heparin dose added during coronary angiography due to treatment reasons.
