Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with type 2 diabetes who were selected for treatment from May 2020 to October 2020 were divided into early onset type 2 diabetes group and late onset type 2 diabetes group according to the age of diagnosis of diabetes. Meanwhile, the healthy control group was recruited. Patients signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 and other special types of diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus or diabetes mellitus with pregnancy; (2) patients with stroke or serious mental disease, unclear consciousness; (3) patients with active tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; (4) patients with severe cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney function insufficiency.
