Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) One year or more of nursing work experience; (2) nurses with occupational burnout; (3) informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses coming to the hospital for continuing education; (2) foreseeable withdrawal due to retirement, pregnancy or personnel transfer.
