Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic periapical periodontitis 2. Patients with chronic apical periodontitis with closed apical foramen 3. Age 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete apical foramen development or apical foramen diameter > 2 mm; 2. Patients with apical cyst; 3. Patients with laser allergy or non cooperation.
