Interventions

Gold Standard:The Delirium assessment scales (ICU-CAM and CAM scales) were used to diagnose postoperative delirium. Montreal Scale (MoCA) was used to diagnose delayed neurocognitive recovery.

Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Type of surgery: extracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery (coronary artery bypass grafting or valve replacement); 2) Ages 18-75 years, regardless of gender; 3) No history of alcohol addiction, or no history of alcohol use in the last two weeks; 4) the New York heart association (NYHA) heart function class II or III, left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) > 50%; 5) Preoperative white blood cell count was normal; 6) Admitted to ICU after surgery; 7) plan to be hospitalized for > for 24 hours after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refuse to participate; 2) Previous history of heart surgery or secondary heart surgery; Acute cardiac tamponade and myocardial infarction, severe sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block or pathological sinoatrial node syndrome; 3) Previous chronic pulmonary disease, pulse oxygen saturation = 8 points; 10) Inability to communicate due to illiteracy, language impairment or major hearing or visual impairment.
