Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, HbA1C >= 7.5% within 3 months before enrollment; 2. Had not participated in other lifestyle studies and diabetes subjects in 6 months before the beginning of this study; 3. Mentally and mentally normal, voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 4. Aged 45 to 70 years old; 5. The medication compliance score <=6 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not understand this study, can not accept regular follow-up; 2. With mental disorders,can not cooperate well; 3. With malignant tumors and blood diseases; 4. Physical dysfunction affects the implementer of behavioral intervention activities; 5. Participants who had participated in other lifestyle studies and diabetes subjects 6 months before the beginning of this experiment; 6. Patients with serious complications of diabetes (severe diabetic peripheral vascular disease, severe diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic end-stage renal disease, etc.)
