Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Repeated Intraocular pressure increased, higher than 21 mmHg; (2) mild anterior chambers inflammatory response accompanied by medium-sized KP, 2 inter-episodeal eye pressure is normal, and the corner of the room is open; (3) monocula onset; (4) all patients are immune healthy people.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of eye trauma and eye surgery; (2) those who wore corneal contact lenses within 3 months; (3) patients with neurological disorders with changes in nerve damage; (4) patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, rheumatism; (5) patients with corneal endothelial cell damage diseases such as glaucoma; (6) patients with other eye surface diseases.
