Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of NAFLD is based on The Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (2018 Update); 2. Did not participate in any drug clinical trial within the first 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with alcoholic, viral, genetic, immune and drug-related liver diseases; 3. A history of any type of malignancy or mental illness; 4. A history of alcohol or drug abuse.
