Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 4-6 years old, in good health, without any systemic disease or drug allergy; 2. Gasparetto A and Shourie pigment index scores of at least 6 teeth (not to be replaced within 6 months) for caries free enamel surface; 3, During the study period, they can accept and strictly abide by the test rules, do not drink tea, cola, Traditional Chinese medicine and other foods known to cause tooth coloring, and can take the probiotics provided in this study as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to sandblasting, such as electrolyte disturbances, asthma and infectious diseases; 2. Have taken antibiotics in the past 1 month; Have taken hormones and immunosuppressants in the past 6 months; 3. Daily consumption of probiotics (including probiotics oral liquid, probiotics preparation, probiotic toothpaste, etc.); 4. Wear an oral orthodontic device and have visually distinguishable enamel hypoplasia and dental fluorosis; Other oral diseases, such as caries, periodontal disease, mucosal lesions, such as traumatic ulcers, chronic lip inflammation, map tongue, herpes stomatitis, bacterial stomatitis, keratitis, thrush, etc.
