Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as POAG; 2. Patients who have successfully completed SLT treatment; 3. Patients with best corrected visual acuity >= 0.1; 4. Patients with ametropia in the range of equivalent spherical diopter (- 6D, + 6D).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary open-angle glaucoma; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with the examination due to poor general condition or mental illness; 3. Patients with a history of ocular trauma, fundus diseases or other intraocular surgery; 4. Patients with a history of serious systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, heart failure, cerebrovascular accident, etc.; 5. Patients whose image quality is not up to standard.
