65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade II to III, regardless of gender, age between 65 and 85 years of age, patients with fragile brain function who plan to undergo hip fracture surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index > 35; 2. Patients with pre-operative psychiatric or neurological conditions and who cannot fully participate in screening for delirium, including those who are blind, deaf, or illiterate; 3. A history of obstructive sleep apnea; A history of drug and alcohol abuse; 4. A recent history of use of sedatives, antidepressants, or opioids; MMSE< 23 (secondary school and above) or MMSE<20 (primary school); 5. A second operation is planned within five days of the operation; 6. Failure to follow research protocols or procedures.
