Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) definite diagnosis of vasovagal syncope; (2) the number of syncope attacks was more than 3 times, and at least one syncope occurred within half a year; (3) the head-up tilt test was positive; (4) agreed to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) syncope caused by heart, brain, lung and metabolic diseases; (2) patients treated with other drugs; (3) patients who are participating in other clinical studies; (4) patients with other serious diseases and mental illness; (5) women who are pregnant, preparing for pregnancy and lactation.
