18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18-75 years; 2. Patients who were clinically diagnosed as sepsis sepsis 3.0 from January 2015 to July 2020; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of acute lung injury: (1) Acute onset; (2) PaO2/FiO2<300mmHg; (3) Chest X-ray showed bilateral lung infiltration; (4) Papp was less than 18 mmHg, or there was no evidence of left atrial hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with admission time less than 24 hours; 2. Patients with advanced lung disease or long-term oxygen therapy; 3. Critically ill patients with acute lung injury due to sepsis before admission requiring mechanical ventilation; 4. Patients with a history of lung transplantation and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 5. Cancer patients who have not / have received chemotherapy.
