Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASD group: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of dsm-v for autism; 2. Aged 3~6 years; 3. Without other serious organic disease; 4. The subjects' familiy members give informed consent and signs informed consent. Normal group: 1. Aged 3~6 years old; 2. Children with normal development before and after birth and development quotient > 85; 3. Without serious organic disease; 4. The subjects' familiy members give informed consent and signs informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of seizures; 2. With a clear history of craniocerebral trauma; 3. Have a history of nervous system disease or serious physical disease.
