Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 320 patients who underwent colonoscopy were admitted to our hospital for diagnosis of occult fecal blood positive, hematochezia of unknown cause, abdominal pain of unknown cause, change of bowel habits, change of fecal characteristics, physical examination and other reasons. The age of the patients was 18-70 years old, gender and hospitalization were not limited

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) painless colonoscopy; (2) Suspected ileus or active bleeding; (3) Colonoscopy patients; (4) Communication barriers and inability to self-evaluate; (5) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent; (6) Severe cardiopulmonary diseases; (7) Patients with previous colorectal resection.
