18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-80 years old; 2) The subject has a central nervous system or eye damage as the first symptom; 3) Collect intraocular samples during diagnostic vitrectomy, and confirm the diagnosis of PVRL by cell immunochemical staining and flow cytometry; 4) Strict physical examination and auxiliary examinations did not reveal any involvement of lymphoid hematopoietic tissue or other systems throughout the body; 5) The subject reads and fully understands the patient instructions, and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Female during pregnancy or lactation; 2) No laboratory test is clearly diagnosed as lymphoma; 3) The tumor involves parts other than the central nervous system; 4) Severe cardiac insufficiency, liver insufficiency or renal insufficiency; 5) Those who recently participated in other drug clinical trials.
