Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maintenance hemodialysis patients are older than 65 years old, male and female; 2. Hemodialysis patients, 1-3 times a week, dialysis age more than 3 months, and no residual renal function (urine volume < 200ml / D); 3. Patients in good condition have a good understanding of their own condition and physical condition, and can communicate with others well; 4. Patients who have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe infection, anemia (Hb<60g/L), hypoalbuminemia (Alb<30g/L); 2. Patients with tumors, severe cardiovascular diseases, hematopoietic system, and digestive system diseases who cannot cooperate to complete cognitive function assessment; 3. Hemodialysis patients with other diseases that affect cognitive evaluation, such as intracranial tumors, brain trauma, visual and hearing disorders.
