Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18 to 70 years with type 2 diabetes (who 1999 standard) had HbA1c of 7 – 10.5% and BMI of 20-40 kg / m2. 2) Never received any hypoglycemic drugs or stable dose of metformin (= 1500 mg / D) for at least 3 months. 3) The diagnosis was NAFLD (nonalcoholic fatty liver disease). 4) She has not participated in any intervention clinical study in the past 3 months. 5) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Liver viral infection, autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, sclerosing cholangitis, history of parenteral nutrition or use of drugs that can lead to steatosis, liver injury caused by abuse, and current or past alcohol consumption of more than 20 g / day. 2) EGFR 133 µ mol / L (1.5 mg / dl), ALT > 2.5 times the upper limit of normal, severe diabetic complications, heart failure (NYHA class III or IV), history of myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction, decompensated cirrhosis. 3) Other serious health problems not suitable for the study. 4) Pregnant or lactating women. 5) Vit was used for the past 3 months. 6) There are contraindications for MRI (pacemaker, claustrophobia, ferromagnetic prosthesis or implant). 7) The researcher did not consider it appropriate to participate in the study (mental or psychological state).
