Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) PCOS women who were 18-46 years old (including 18 and 46 years old) at the time of signing the informed consent form, and were not menopausal; (2) Patients who met the 2003 Rotterdam criteria and were diagnosed with PCOS at the time of screening; (3) 18.5 kg/m2 <BMI <40.0 kg/m2 during screening; (4) Have complete clinical data and biological specimens; (5) Agree to maintain previous diet and exercise habits throughout the research process, and be able to follow up in time according to the research requirements; (6) Willing to sign written informed consent and comply with the research plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Women with other special diseases of adrenal gland, ovary or pituitary gland; (2) A history of major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, defined as: within 6 months before screening, the subject has had myocardial infarction, coronary angioplasty or bypass surgery, heart valve disease or heart valve repair, which has clinical significance History of unstable arrhythmia, unstable angina pectoris, transient ischemic attack, and cerebrovascular accident; New York Heart Association (NYHA) grade III or IV congestive heart failure; stable has been used in screening High blood pressure (systolic blood pressure >=160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=100mmHg) with uncontrolled antihypertensive drugs at the dose (at least 4 weeks); severe heart disease or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by other reasons; (3) A history of unstable or rapidly progressive kidney disease; in the stage of active liver disease at the time of screening; (4) Have a history of clearly diagnosed mental illness; (5) A history of hemoglobinopathy (such as sickle cell anemia or thalassemia, sideroblast anemia); subjects with low immunity, such as those who have received organ transplants or have been diagnosed with human immunodeficiency virus infection (such as HIV) Subjects; have any type of malignant tumor (regardless of whether cured or not); have autoimmune diseases, severe anemia, malignant tumors; (6) Clinically diagnosed type 1 diabetes, diabetes caused by pancreatic injury or other special types of diabetes. (7) A history of drug abuse; (8) Patients usually drink> 2 units per day or> 14 units per week; drinking 1 unit is equivalent to 150 mL of wine or 350 mL of beer or 100 mL of low alcohol (17 degrees, 24 degrees).
