Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unacquired epilepsy; 2. Children and adolescents (<=18 years old), adults (18-65 years old); 3. Unlimited men and women; 4. Han nationality; 5. Informed consent and willingness to follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acquired epilepsy; 2. Very low birth weight infants (birth weight <1500g).
