Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged less than 14 years; 2. Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis; 3. ISKDC grade III; 4. Approval informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mycophenolate, cyclophosphamide and tacrolimus had been used before enrollment; 2. A history of mycophenolate Mofel drug allergy; 3. Immunodeficiency.
