18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed primary pancreatic cancer stage III and IV, receiving gemcitabine combined with Tiggio chemotherapy; 2. Aged 18-75 years old; 3. No combined radiotherapy or targeted preparations were used before and during chemotherapy; 4. ECOG PS score: 0 to 2, estimated survival time >=12 weeks; 5. Patients with measurable lesions (according to RECIST standards), use the same imaging method to assess tumor size before and after treatment, and patients can be followed up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 2. Active infection; 3. Metastatic cancer or combined with other tumors; 4. Patients who need renal dialysis; 5. Patients with jaundice.
