20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 20 to 35 years; 2. Those who have regular night shift for at least half a year should have clear day rest and work at least 6 hours at night; 3. No other nervous system diseases; 4. Subjects who did not take anti anxiety and depression drugs or sleep regulating drugs; 5. Those who sign informed consent; 6. Right handed subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects without informed consent; 2. Those who have no obvious shift work; 3. Subjects with anxiety and depression; 4. Subjects with insomnia; 5. There are people who often stay up late; 6. Patients with brain injury, stroke, migraine and other neurological diseases.
