Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of natural pregnancy history; 2. The subjects of intact ovary; 3. Regular menstrual cycle, the subject whose cycle is between 21-35 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who took contraceptives and sex hormones 2 months before the test; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients with infertility; 4. Patients with endometriosis; 5. Patients with ovarian pathological cyst; 6. Patients with hysterectomy, oophorectomy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 7. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and malignant tumor; 8. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 9. Patients with various known chronic diseases, metabolic and endocrine diseases, such as diabetes and hypertension, thyroid diseases, hyperprolactinemia and hyperandrogenemia; 10. Subjects with a history of drug use that may lead to irregular menstruation.
