Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for thoracic surgery with left double lumen endotracheal tube inserted under general anesthesia; 2. Patients with aged >=18 years old; 3. Subjects with BMI of 18-25kg / m2; 4. Objects of ASA grade II or III; 5. Patients without history of diabetes, blood diseases and other metabolic disorders; 6. Patients without hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or (and) restrictive pulmonary disease; 7. No history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 8. The operation time was 3 ~ 4 hours; 9. Sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with communication disorder and unable to cooperate with researchers, such as language comprehension disorder, mental illness, etc; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. The patients who inhaled oxygen PaO2 400 ml.
