18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery; 2. Aged 18-60 years old; 3. Patients with no gender limitation; 4. Patients with normal renal function (creatinine =90 mL / min); 5. Patients with no history of infection or antibiotic use two weeks before admission; 6. Patients who sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infective endocarditis; 2. Patients with renal function or renal insufficiency (i.e. the index is more than twice the normal value); 3. Patients allergic to cephalosporins; 4. Pregnant person; 5. Patients with active infectious diseases requiring antibiotic treatment two weeks before admission; 6. BMI > 40 kg / m2; patients with severe pulmonary dysfunction; 7. The cases that do not meet the inclusion criteria and the case report form records are not standardized; 8. Patients who withdraw from the trial due to adverse reactions or adverse effects.
