Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical symptoms of unilateral anterior shoulder pain; 2. Course of disease >3 months; 3. Aged 18 to 55 years old; 4. No obvious history of shoulder trauma, such as fracture or clinical/color doppler ultrasonography suspected rotator cuff tear; 5. Subjects must meet one of the following criteria to be classified as anterior shoulder pain: (1) Positive cross arm test;The cross arm test, namely the coracoid impact test, is similar to the Hawkins-Kennedy sign operation, except that the patient's shoulder is in the position of the cross arm adduction, forward flexion and internal rotation, so that the tubercle is in contact with the coracoid process, and the pain is "positive"; (2) Pain arcs during forward bending and/or abduction movements; (3) Palpation of tenderness around the coracoid process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recently diagnosed with shoulder joint dislocation and systemic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis; 2. Adhesive capsulatitis, manifested as the loss of passive activity in the two shoulder joint planes >25%, loss of passive external curl >50%; 3. Shoulder pain from cervical origin, or nerve injury, osteoporosis, hemophilia and/or malignant tumor; 4. Patients with a history of shoulder surgery within one year; 5. Those who received corticosteroid injection within 6 months; 6. Take analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs within 48 hours.
