Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age of 65 years or older; 2. Patients who underwent general anesthesia hip replacement; 3. patients with ASA grade I ~ III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nervous system diseases, cognitive dysfunction, consciousness disorder and severe visual and hearing impairment before operation; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases before operation, NYHA grade III and above, atrial fibrillation, frequent angina pectoris, heart valve disease, symptomatic arrhythmia, etc; 3. Patients with severe pulmonary diseases, such as long-term family oxygen therapy, moderate or above ventilation function or diffusion dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients with emergency surgery or alcoholism.
